I joined Crossover Search in 2021 to specialize in recruiting talent across clinical development & medical affairs. I am dedicated to understanding our clients’ story, technology, and subtleties of the position to make transformative connections. Prior to joining Crossover Search, I spent 10 years organizing and creating life science conferences for medical affairs, clinical development, document management, trial master files, digital marketing, and other market subsets. During this time, I was focused on identifying current and future trends in the market, as well as creating educational networking events to showcase tools, innovation, and evidence-based practices by building an agenda full of life science leaders. This expertise allowed me to meet and connect with life sciences leaders.  

I am a trusted advisor to the clients and candidates I partner with, staying on top of industry news, continuously networking and growing relationships, and understanding the ever-changing medical affairs landscape. When I am not recruiting top talent and talking about biotech innovation, I am enjoying time with family, traveling, reading, and Patriots football.
