About

I am fortunate to have found a profession that feeds my intellectual curiosity, brings real purpose, and taps into my entrepreneurial spirit. By connecting leaders in the life sciences, I help biotech and pharmaceutical companies build teams that develop and advance important therapies for patients. This is accomplished through identifying high potential leaders, telling our clients’ stories, and facilitating a process of mutual discovery. I have successfully led searches at all levels, including CEO and Board of Directors and I have worked with major pharma programs and small biotech start-ups. This work spans preclinical/drug discovery, clinical research, technical operations, finance, business development, and investor relations. I enjoy my diverse functional exposure and the opportunity to see drug development from various perspectives.

I earned my BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and my PhD in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University. My training focused on leadership assessment, executive coaching, and organizational dynamics which has proved to be a perfect fit for this field.

When I’m not in recruitment mode, I enjoy an active life of hiking, golf, pickleball, swimming, and spending time with my wife, Aika, and our 2 incredible daughters, Hannah and Naomi.
