I founded Crossover Search in 2008 & have spent my entire career as an Executive Recruiter within the Life Sciences Industry. It was my dream to start a business and I’m very fortunate to have landed in a position where I can partner with incredible companies that are discovering and developing the next breakthroughs in medicine. While I lead the firm’s day-to-day operations and many of our client relationships, I am still a recruiter at heart – I love the search & recruiting process, communicating the scientific story of companies and developing genuine relationships with people. I have built our reputation by recruiting leaders across the life sciences sector, with a specific focus in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Business Development, Strategy/Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Program Leadership & Portfolio/Program Management.
I graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s in Finance & Entrepreneurship. In my spare time, I love hanging out with my wife, Emily, and our two kids, Teddy & Noa. I love a good pickup basketball game and I refuse to think I’m now one of the older guys on the court.
