I am the Head of Data Analytics and Program Management at Crossover Search, where I oversee our company database, external resources, and lead our analytics team. My mission has been to turn each conversation our recruiters have into quantifiable data for our team to leverage and to continuously build our wealth of knowledge. Our internal database, in combination with our external resources, are what give us a foundation to take on challenging searches and quickly make quality placements. I take immense pride in our data and am proud to have played such a large role in shaping our systems and processes.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, from The City College of New York. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and multiple Data Analytics certifications.
In my personal life, I have a big creative side. I love to draw, paint, make pottery… arts and crafts time with my toddler is pure joy for me! I have an incredible husband and son and we spend our weekends exploring all of NYC’s amazing parks and activities, which never get old.
