An entrepreneur and leader with a vision, Marc has focused on life sciences recruiting for more than 10 years. He built Crossover Search to devote his energy entirely to serving clients in this unique sector.
Chris left a successful career in finance to join Crossover Search. He now has an impressive record of placements in drug discovery, clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs and commercial.
With almost 20 years of agency experience, in both recruitment and Executive Leadership roles, Jenna has joined Crossover Search to focus on Corporate positions. Her relationship driven approach and genuine interest in her candidate’s story help to make a memorable connection. Knowing her candidates and their motivators drive her ability to make an impact on the searches she is engaged on.
Grace previously worked in developmental research where she used data to craft and drive intervention systems. She now applies the same skill set at Crossover Search, using data to enhance and drive each search.
Sharon heads Talent Discovery & Sourcing, using her innate investigative skills to understand Candidates beyond their employment history. Delving into passions, goals, drives, and cultural fit, she pushes past a job description and resume to make the perfect Client/ Candidate connection.
Dan joined Crossover Search and is exclusively focused on Commercial recruitment. He built a successful career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and worked his way up through the Management Training Program. Dan is passionate about building relationships with people across the life sciences industry.
Debra is inquisitive by nature and driven by a passion for solving problems (and not stopping until they're solved!).
