An entrepreneur and leader with a vision, Marc has focused on life sciences recruiting for more than 10 years. He built Crossover Search to devote his energy entirely to serving clients in this unique sector.
Chris left a successful career in finance to join Crossover Search. He now has an impressive record of placements in drug discovery, clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs and commercial.
Grace previously worked in developmental research where she used data to craft and drive intervention systems. She now applies the same skill set at Crossover Search, using data to enhance and drive each search.
Sharon heads Talent Discovery & Sourcing, using her innate investigative skills to understand Candidates beyond their employment history. Delving into passions, goals, drives, and cultural fit, she pushes past a job description and resume to make the perfect Client/ Candidate connection.
Dan joined Crossover Search and is exclusively focused on Commercial recruitment. He built a successful career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and worked his way up through the Management Training Program. Dan is passionate about building relationships with people across the life sciences industry.
Coming from a successful career in Physician Recruitment in Wisconsin, Saj is now based out of New York City with Crossover as an Executive Recruiter. Honing in on his Candidate assessment skills, Saj is quickly building out his network in Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs and becoming a key asset to the team.
Debra is inquisitive by nature and driven by a passion for solving problems (and not stopping until they're solved!). As Talent Discovery and Sourcing Lead at Crossover Search, she identifies the best talent in the Life Sciences market by viewing the task at hand as a puzzle needing an efficient and creative solution.
Louces joined Crossover Search as an undergraduate intern and has since grown into a crucial, full-time member of the Crossover Search team. She takes the lead in managing the company database and organizing/cleaning company data.
Morgan is a Columbia University graduate with a MA in Biotechnology. She helps keep the Crossover Search team up to date on industry news/events, and creates individual research projects for each search. Her insight allows us to quickly target the best search strategy.
Courtney is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University and works for Crossover Search part-time, assisting with research projects. She has an extensive medical device background and is a strong resource in that department.
